Your files stay on your device
Every tool in the app — compress, convert, scan, sign, arrange and the rest — runs on your iPhone or iPad. Your documents and images are never uploaded to us or to anyone else.
What the app collects
Nothing. The app has no accounts, no analytics and no advertising, and it does not track you.
What is stored on your device
Your name and avatar, your settings, your credit balance, items in your Basket, and the finished files in your Files tab. This stays on your device. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
Permissions
- Camera — to scan documents and capture a signature.
- Photos — to pick images, and to save results if you choose.
Each is asked for only when you use it, and you can change your choice in iOS Settings.
Purchases
Subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details. Apple’s handling of your purchase is covered by Apple’s own privacy policy.
This website
This site uses no analytics or advertising, and sets no cookies of its own. The contact form on the Support page is protected from spam by Google reCAPTCHA (an “I’m not a robot” check); on that page only, Google may set cookies and collect device information under Google’s Privacy Policy. If you prefer, email us instead. If you send us a message through the contact form or by email, we receive your name, email address and message, and use them only to reply to you. Form messages are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, and email by our email provider. We delete support messages when they are no longer needed. To have your message deleted sooner, email us.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page, with a new effective date.
