Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Every tool runs on your device. We never receive your files.
I bought a plan but the app still shows Free
In the app, open the plans screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account you bought with.
What are credits?
On the Free plan, some tools use credits. Credits refill every 30 days. Premium and Pro have no credit limits.
Where are my finished files?
In the Files tab inside the app. You can share them or save them to the Files app or Photos from there.
Subscriptions and refunds
How do I cancel or change a subscription?
Open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose the app. Subscriptions are managed by Apple.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase.
