The apps
Each Aklinki app is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). These terms add a few points.
Your content
Your files and data remain yours. Keep your own copies of anything important — you are responsible for your content and for having the right to use it. Aklinki PDF & Images processes your files on your device and does not receive them.
Subscriptions
- Paid plans are auto-renewing subscriptions sold through the App Store. Aklinki PDF & Images offers Premium and Pro, monthly or yearly.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Fair use
Use our apps only for lawful purposes and only with content you have the right to use. Do not try to break, copy or resell them.
No warranty
Our apps are provided “as is”. We work hard to make them reliable, but we cannot promise that results will be error-free or suitable for every purpose. Check converted or compressed files before you rely on them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of data or other indirect losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page.
